The Research Centre in Physics is recognized by Savitribai Phule, Pune University for M.Phil. and Ph.D. Major research areas in the Department are: Atmospheric Physics, Computational Physics, Electronics and Instrumentation, Material Science and Soft condensed matter Physics.
